Talent & Delivery Solutions
Flexible teams and delivery models for every stage.
Engagement models that match the shape of the work — from adding niche skills to a team you already have, to dedicated product teams.
The problems this solves
What usually brings people here
If one of these sounds like your situation, this is the right page.
We cannot hire the skills we need fast enough.
Niche capability is needed for a defined period, and permanent recruitment cycles do not match the delivery timeline.
Our delivery capacity does not flex with demand.
Fixed teams are either under-utilized between programs or the constraint during them.
We need a team that owns an outcome, not individuals filling seats.
Augmented individuals still require the client to provide all the leadership, process and accountability.
Capabilities
What we actually do
Embedded practitioners
Experienced individuals integrated into your teams and your ways of working.
Dedicated product pods
Cross-functional teams owning an outcome, with their own delivery leadership.
Managed delivery
Scope, milestone or outcome-based delivery with accountability held by us.
Build-operate-transfer
Establish a capability, run it, and transfer it to you on an agreed timeline.
Engagement model design
Staff augmentation, time and materials, fixed-bid or managed service, chosen against risk and clarity of scope.
The sequence
How capability arrives, and how it is handed over
The last stage is the one most engagements skip. Capability that leaves with the people who brought it was a rental, not a transfer.
01
Define
The capability gap, the timeline, and what "done" looks like.
02
Source
From the practice first, the market second.
03gate
Assess
Technical and contextual. A pass here is what admits someone to the work.
04
Onboard
Access, context and a named person accountable for the first month.
05
Deliver
Inside your governance, measured the way your own teams are.
06gate
Transition
Knowledge handed over deliberately, so the capability stays when the people leave.
Comes out the other end: Work delivered on the timeline it needed, and a team that can carry it afterwards.
How we approach it
Principles we hold to
Match the model to the clarity of scope
Well-understood scope suits fixed outcomes; genuine uncertainty suits time and materials or an outcome-based pod. Forcing the wrong model creates the wrong incentives.
Integrate into your ways of working
Embedded practitioners adopt your standards, tooling and review process rather than running a parallel one.
Own an outcome where that helps
Product pods carry their own delivery leadership and accountability, so you are not supplying the management layer.
Plan the handover from the start
Where a capability is meant to transfer, documentation and shadowing are part of delivery rather than a final phase nobody budgeted.
Outcomes
What you should end up with
- Niche capability available on the timeline the work requires.
- Delivery capacity that flexes with demand.
- A commercial model matched to how well the scope is actually understood.
Where this usually starts
A short working session on your situation — what you are trying to change, what is in the way, and whether this is the capability that addresses it.
Evidence
What changes, and how you would know
Two different things belong here. One is the structural change this capability makes, which we can describe today. The other is a client outcome, which publishes only when a client has approved it in writing with a timeframe and a baseline.
Client outcomes for Talent & Delivery Solutions
Proof pending approvalA published outcome here will carry the client's written approval, the timeframe it was measured over and the baseline it was measured against. Until all three exist, this section says so rather than showing a figure you could not check.
Questions
Frequently asked
- When is fixed-bid the wrong commercial model?
- When the scope is genuinely uncertain. Fixed-bid transfers delivery risk to the supplier, who prices that risk into the estimate and then has a commercial incentive to resist change. For discovery, modernization of poorly-understood systems, or anything involving significant learning, time and materials or an outcome-based model usually produces a better result for both parties.
- What is build-operate-transfer?
- A model where the supplier establishes a capability or team, operates it to an agreed standard, and then transfers it to the client on a defined timeline. It suits organizations that want to own a capability permanently but need it running before they can recruit and establish it themselves.
